20076月江南大学化学与材料工程公司本科毕业;20133月于公司获应用化学博士学位,博士期间到香港浸会大学访学8个月。20136月至20188月间,先后到台湾大学化学系和美国Dartmouth College化学系从事博士后研究。20189月,入职公司精细化工研究所,任特聘研究员。

主要研究方向有机π共轭荧光材料化学。围绕共轭分子发光构效关系与性能调控开展研究:运用稳态和瞬态手段,结合理论计算,阐明复杂发光体系的激发态过程;利用化学合成手段,结合超分子策略,实现对复杂体系荧光性质的精准调控,并深入探讨结构与发光性质的构效关系。取得了一系列学术成果,已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Sci. China Chem.学术期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,SCI引用1700余次。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金等科研项目,入选上海市高校特聘教授
